We're looking for an Onboarding Specialist to support our product led growth and self-serve sales strategy. We have big plans for Dash and are particularly interested in someone who could support our American prospects and onboarding new clients ideally covering Eastern Standard Time (2pm - 10pm).

Dash is the effortless digital asset management (DAM) tool that helps growing brands find their visual content quickly and share it with the world in seconds. Clients tell us Dash has changed the way they work.

The role

Your role will be an interesting blend of sales, product enablement and customer success.  You'll be a key member of our Conversion and Onboarding team supporting the future growth of Dash. As the number of leads increases from our fantastic marketing activities, your role will evolve and grow.

You'll be the product expert responsible for nurturing leads who sign up for free trials or request demos and helping them achieve value with Dash quickly.

This isn't a traditional sales role - we're focused on helping our clients find the right tool for them.  Your role will be providing personalised support and helping prospects to help themselves by developing an automated sales approach and self-serve resources.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Managing pipeline and re-engaging leads that are slipping away
  • Helping prospects see the value of Dash in sales demos
  • Providing chat support to prospects during a free trial, and new customers getting set up
  • Supporting new customers with their Dash implementation and helping them achieve their onboarding goals
  • Improving automated comms in a tech-touch model
  • Identifying opportunities and providing feedback to the team to improve trial experience and product roadmap.
  • Reporting on customer data to identify trends to form new experiments to trial

Who we’re looking for

  • Great communicator - able to understand lead requirements and demonstrate the value Dash offers. Able to distil prospect feedback to the wider team to improve the customer journey and value proposition
  • Data-driven - able to spot insights into trial behaviour and understand how this data will benefit our team purpose
  • Customer-success orientated - proactively prioritises customer needs and experience.
    Experimental - ability to come up with small experiments and test rapidly
  • Collaborative - works well in a cross-functional team, can lean on the team’s expertise and provide own insights
  • Technical curiosity - wants to understand the ins and outs of the product, and has a mind to apply technical solutions to customer problems
  • Organised - able to prioritise time accordingly between sales demos, supporting prospects, and providing insights to the team
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role such as sales, software support or customer success.
